Treatment train work continues

Excavators recently move dirt at the estimated $2.5 million Coldwater Creek treatment train project, south of Celina. The overall plan is to divert about 4 million gallons of water per day from the polluted creek though a series of manmade wetlands to filter out sediment and nutrients before it flows into Grand Lake. The entire project is expected to be completed sometime next year.
