* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 11 AM Sunday to 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Construction crews work on Wednesday on the new building in Rockford's Shanes Park. Village administrator Jeff Long says the new Shanes Hall will serve as a concession stand and storage building. If additional funds are raised, officials will add bathrooms and a kitchenette.
