Robert was a guitar player and singer, who for many years performed gospel music with Mabry Ministries. His performances were heartfelt and emotional, and he used his music to bring the message of salvation to many people. His favorite song to perform was "Go Rest High on That Mountain" by Vince Gill, and when he sang the lyrics "I know your life on earth was troubled/And only you could know the pain/You weren't afraid to face the Devil/You were no stranger to the rain/," the audience felt his strong belief in redemption through the Lord.
He was a very kind, caring and giving man, and will be missed by all who knew him.
