Minster village water department employee Dustin Thobe lifts into place one of 336 new membrane filters at the water treatment plant as Corey Blaker from H2O Innovation guides it into place. The old filters lasted 10 years. Typically, they are replaced after three to five years, said Colin Hobbs of CDM-Smith, the company overseeing the project.
