CELINA - The 2016 Celina Lake Festival will see the return of two very popular attractions introduced last year, tethered hot-air balloon rides and a hard-rocking cover band.

CELINA - Mercer County Commissioners this week approved a total of $375,000 in 2016 general fund money to operate the emergency management agency, community development office and soil and water department.
