* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding into the overnight hours.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1036 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Newport, West Liberty, Anna, Fort Loramie, De Graff, Quincy, Port Jefferson, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, Maplewood, Pemberton, Logansville, Mcmorran, Swanders, Pickrelltown, New Jerusalem and Lake Loramie State Park.

Ann Skinner
Ann Skinner, of Lima, beloved sister of Don Skinner, went to meet her Lord and Savior on February 2, 2016.
She is survived by her brother Don Skinner (Martha), nephew Jon Skinner (Alicia) and niece KariAnne (Dan) Hendricks and great nephews Jacob and Nathan Skinner and great niece Macy Harmon.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Leoral Skinner and her brother Hugo Skinner.
Ann was a graduate of St Marys Memorial High School and The Ohio State University, and spent her career in teaching. Her first teaching assignment was Lima Central High School and then she moved to Rhodes State College from which she retired. She was known for her approach in teaching accounting and business courses with practical day to day applications.
Ann was a member of the Wayne Street Methodist Church, Saint Marys, and the Order of Eastern Star.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 13, 2016, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, the Reverend Lynn Huffman, officiant. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in Saint Marys.
Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral rites on Saturday at the funeral home.
