* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Stormy J. Garman
Stormy J. Garman, 58, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died on February 18, 2016 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater, Ohio.
He was born October 28, 1957, in Coldwater, to the late George and Thelma Jean (Schoch) Garman.
Surviving are four siblings, Gay Garman (Bob Cron) of Fort Recovery, OH, Hunter (Lora) Garman of Albany, IN, Dusty Garman of Findlay, OH, and Nina (Max) Hamrick of Willshire, OH.
Also preceding him in death are his siblings, Mary Ann Baker, George Garman, and Holly Garman.
He was a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and also graduated from a technical school in Nashville, TN. He formerly operated a body shop in Fort Recovery, worked in construction, and was a tree trimmer. Stormy enjoyed fishing and nature.
A gathering in Stormy's memory will be held 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2016 at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6515, Fort Recovery, OH. Private family services will be held at a later date.
