* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Rhonda Henderson
Rhonda Marie Henderson age 28 passed away February 14, 2016 alongside her fiance Patrick Honer following an automobile accident in Crossville, TN.
Rhonda was born January 5, 1988 in Coldwater, OH to Steve and Sherrie (Grunden) Henderson. Rhonda is survived by her 6 children all at home, Kaitlyn Kittle, Khloe Honer, Patrick Jr. Honer, Kaamil Honer, Steven Honer, Christina Honer all of Crossville TN, her parents Steve and Sherrie Henderson Crossville TN, her siblings Brian (Zoa) Henderson of Crossville TN, Jamie (Derek Tussing) Petaway of Celina OH, Eric (Anitra) Barnes of Chattanooga TN, Cody (Ashley) Henderson of Celina OH and her Grandfather Jerry Grunden of Celina OH.
Visitation will be 12 pm-2 pm on Monday March the 7th at The New Start Church of God 7729 US 127 Celina OH with services immediately following.
Crossville Memorial & Crematory handled arrangements.
