* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Anna Belna
Anna (Karafit) Belna, age 95, of Sandusky, Ohio and formerly of Celina, passed away at 11:47 a.m. on Thursday March 3, 2016 at the Portland Place in Sandusky, Ohio.
She was born on July 20, 1920 in Celina, Ohio to John & Apolona (Gajos) Karafit, who preceded her in death. Her sister Elizabeth Kozumplik and brothers Steve Karafit and Frank Karafit and daughter-in-law Georgiana Belna, also preceded her in death.
Anna was survived by her her children Michael John Belna of DeLand, Fla., Constance Suzanne Belna of Columbus, Charles & Christine Belna of Sandusky, Joseph & Michelle Belna of Raleigh, N.C., Nancy & Je'Nette Hill of Columbus, 10 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Anna was a former member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina and very active with the Ladies Altar Sodality at the Church. She was formerly employed at the Empire Restaurant, having prepared food in the Commissary. She was also involved at the Agricultural Offices of Mercer County, the Homemakers Club and Circle of Friends Club. Anna loved her gardening and spending time with her friends and family.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 7, 2016, at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Fr. Kenneth G. Alt C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 11-1 at the funeral home on Monday.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Heartland Hospice of Fremont, Ohio.
