Marion Local High School 10th-graders Hannah Kramer and Emily Kahlig, along with guidance counselor Jenny Dippold and
guidance counselor intern Annette Bruns add pinwheels to the Mercer County Courthouse lawn Tuesday morning. The pinwheels were planted in recognition of Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Month. Each pinwheel represents a child-maltreatment investigation in Mercer County in 2015. Mercer County Job and Family Services organized the event.
