ARC Housing, part of the ARC of Ohio in Mercer County, provides independent-living options to people with developmental disabilities. Seven homes are in Coldwater, Celina and Maria Stein, available for area adults with developmental disabilities who are looking to live independently. [More]

Grand Lake toxin levels up slightly in testing
Testing done Monday on Grand Lake water samples showed only a slight increase in algal toxin levels.
The amount of microcystin present on April 11 was measured as 84.5 parts per billion, and the level was 85.72 parts per billon in Monday's sample.
