* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Howard Whetsel
Howard E. Whetsel, 67, Neptune and a former resident of Portland, Ind., died on May 15, 2016, at his residence.
Graveside services are 11 a.m., Thursday at Neptune Cemetery, the Rev. Rick Brosher officiating.
Calling is 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
