* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

Art on display at Shrine

Diana Russell of the Maria Stein Shrine of the Holy Relics completes a final run-through of the art show display. The sixth annual show and sale will open at noon Saturday and continue through Thursday. Visiting hours will be noon-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The show is in the Cordelia Gast Gallery on the shrine's second flood and features original drawings and paintings in various media as well as sculptures.
