* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Roger Painter
Roger L. Painter, 89, Union City, Ohio and formerly of Fort Recovery, Ohio, died July 11, 2016 at State of the Heart Care Center, Greenville, OH.
He was born June 13, 1927 in Lightsville, OH, to the late Louis and Myrtle (McKibben) Painter. On July 9, 1949 he married Janice (Stone) Painter and she died June 18, 2004. On August 20, 2005, he married Rhonda (Moon) Painter, who survives.
Also surviving are his children, Terry Hart of Columbus, OH and Kim (Ed) Wellman of Botkins, OH; two step children, Aaron Orr of Union City, OH and Toyanna (Casey) Perry of Greenville, OH; 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 7 step grandchildren; and sisters-in-law, Irene Stone of Fort Recovery and Betty Stone of Portland, IN.
Deceased are two step grandchildren.
He is a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and retired from the Fort Recovery Industries, Fort Recovery. He was also co-owner with his wife Janice, of the former RJ Jewelry, Fort Recovery.
Roger was a U.S. Air Force veteran and served in WWII. He was a member the Masonic Lodge, Fort Recovery, the Scottish Rite, Valley of Dayton, Ohio and was a member of Assembly of God Church, in Greenville, Ohio. Roger was active in HAM Radio for many years, enjoyed camping and visiting Disney World in Florida.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the Word of Life Church, 1395 Ellis Rd., Union City, Ohio, Pastor Jamie Wellman and Pastor Jason Wellman officiating. Burial will follow at a later date at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
Receiving of friends will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday at the Word of Life Church, Union City.
