At 722 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Wapakoneta, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, Fort Shawnee, Cridersville, New Knoxville, Waynesfield, Moulton, Buckland, Uniopolis, Fryburg, Kossuth, St. Johns, and New Hampshire.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 107 and 118.

Lisa Ragon
Lisa Renee (Piper) Ragon, age 58 of Tipp City, OH, formerly of Celina, OH passed away into her eternal heavenly home on August 16, 2016 at 6:25 am, surrounded by her family.
She was born July 14, 1958 in Celina, Ohio to Carl and Marilyn (Hare) Harner, both preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Ragon, Tipp City, whom she married April, 2013; two sons, Aaron Strable, Cridersville, OH and Ryan (Andrea) Strable, Celina, OH; three grandchildren, Laylah, Christian, and Levi Strable; two brothers, Gary (Deb) Harner, Tim (Kelly) Harner, all of Celina, OH; a sister, Kay (Mark) Quinter, Celina, OH; step children, Sean, Bryan, and Jennifer Ragon; eight nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews; an aunt and uncle, Gene (Jane) Oberlitner.
Also preceded in death by a brother, Bruce Harner.
Lisa was a 1976 graduate of Celina High School. She worked in the office as an administrative assistant at Huffy Bicycles, Celina, OH for 23 years until closing. She then worked at Stamco, New Bremen, OH for 10 years until closing. Most recently she worked at the corporate office of Pro-Pet in St. Marys, OH.
Lisa was a member of Mount Tabor Church of God, where she was formerly a Sunday school teacher, Sunday school secretary, Bible school teacher, and sewed on the warriors committee.
Her favorite enjoyments in life were gardening, taking walks and most of all spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Visitation hours will be from 4:00 pm-8:00 pm, Thursday, August 18, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Funeral services will begin at 10:00 am on Friday, August 19, 2016 in Mount Tabor Church of God, Celina, OH with Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina, OH.
Lisa loved flowers, in particular calla lilies.
In lieu of flowers donations can be also made to Mount Tabor Church of God in her memory.
