* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty west to northwest winds will blow some of the snow which will result in slick and icy spots where roads are not treated.

Jason Barhorst of Sidney was the men's champion at the third annual Grand Lake Marathon on Saturday. Nearly 1,000 runners competed in the full marathon, half marathon, 5K and 10K races around Ohio's largest inland lake.
