COLDWATER - The first stages of the planned $24 million expansion project on Mercer County Community Hospital's west wing is set to begin soon.

With the team having won Western Buckeye League titles in 1980, 1981, 1984 and 1985, there was no reason to buy into the notion that 1986 would be a season of reconstruction, despite having only two seniors on the roster.
