* At 309 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

CELINA - A Celina man must return to prison for violating probation after his early release from a 2009 prison sentence stemming from his role in the deaths of four Marion Local High School graduates.
CELINA - Ohio State University Mercer County Extension personnel must manage and plan for long-term improvement projects at the county-owned Harbor Point 4-H campground, county commissioners said this week.
