* WHEN...From 8 AM to 7 PM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

A farmer harvests soybeans along Stose Road north of Celina on Tuesday morning. Today's weather is expected to be partly cloudy with a high of 58 degrees, local forecaster Dennis Howick said. Tonight will be clear with a low of 38. Friday will be mostly sunny with a high of 65.
