* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina sweeps Bath to advance to semifinals

CELINA - After her squad's match on Thursday, Celina coach Amy Sutter mentioned that after having beaten a team during the regular season, sometimes it's tough to get motivated to face that team again in the postseason.
Sutter's Bulldogs had no issues as they completed a three-set sweep of Bath - 25-17, 25-18, 25-17 - in the Division II district quarterfinals at the intermediate school. [More]

LIMA - Allen County Children Services officials remained tight-lipped about their reactions to Thursday's Ohio Supreme Court ruling over the adoption of a 2-year-old.

St. Marys and Rockford voters will decide on Nov. 8 whether to allow Sunday sales of alcohol for three businesses.
