Man arrested near Fort Recovery

FORT RECOVERY - A Springfield-area man has been taken into custody in connection to an infant found dead in a vehicle Tuesday afternoon.

PORTLAND, Ind. - Fort Recovery was in control throughout most of Tuesday's contest with Jay County.
