James Johnston

James "Jim" Michael Johnston, 74, of Louisburg departed this earthly life on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at his home. Born on July 9, 1942 to the late Walter and Wanda Johnston. Jim retired from International Harvester after 35 years.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Jenifer Lynn Stearns. Jim is survived by his wife, Sharon; his children, Michael Scott McLeland and Steven Dale McLeland; son-in-law, Robert Stearns, II; grandchildren, Michael S. McLeland, II, Melissa M. Barger (Gary) and his great grandson, Justin M. Johnston.

Services will be held in Celina, OH. Arrangements are being handled by Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg, N.C. 27549.
