Sheriff authorized to seek grant
CELINA - Mercer County commissioners will no longer review requests to waive small late penalty fees for sewer charges, opting to pass on that oversight to the county sanitary department.

Dr. Craig Miesse of Celina, a veterinarian at Celina Animal Hospital, was appointed to the State Veterinary Medical Licensing Board for a term beginning April 24 and ending Dec. 31, 2019.
MENDON - Village council members on Tuesday night approved extending the driveway at Mendon Cemetery.
A new 11-foot-wide stone drive will be added to the current cemetery drive. The addition will be 135 feet in length and is estimated to cost between $1,000-$1,500.
