Coldwater, Chickasaw government expenditures available for public to see
COLDWATER - Residents can now view all purchases made by government officials in Coldwater and Chickasaw as part of Ohio State Treasurer Josh Mandel's OhioCheckbook program.
ST. MARYS - City council's street and sidewalks committee met Monday afternoon to consider a request for a stop sign at the corner of Linden and Neil avenues.
Mercer County was the only Ohio county with an unemployment rate below 3 percent in May.
The rate in May, 2.8 percent, was up 0.3 percent from April when it was 2.5 percent, according to data released today by Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.
