FORT RECOVERY - The victim of Thursday morning's fatal accident at the intersection of Ohio-Indiana State Line and Lowry roads has been identified as 24-year-old Kylee Renee Wells of Union City, Indiana.
This marks Mercer County's fourth traffic crash fatality this year, Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey said in a news release. [More]
