Locations impacted include... Greenville, Celina, Wapakoneta, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery, Ansonia, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, and Webster.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 105 and 110.

Virginia Bruggeman
Virginia L. Bruggeman, 83, Portland, Indiana, died on September 5, 2017, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater, Ohio.
She was born July 31, 1934, in Maria Stein, OH, to the late Edward and Catherine (Buening) Bruggeman. On June 5, 1957 in Maria Stein, OH, she married the late Lavern Bruggeman, who died June 17, 2011.
Surviving are their seven children, John (Donna) Bruggeman of Portland, IN, Jim (Bonnie) Bruggeman of Fort Recovery, OH, Donna (Mike) Noll of Coldwater, OH, Tim (Samantha) Bruggeman of Fort Recovery, OH, Dan (Stephanie) Bruggeman of Portland, IN, Bill Bruggeman of Celina, OH and Roland (Marie) Bruggeman of Portland, IN; two sisters, Velma (Leonard) Dietz of New Bremen, OH and Mary Pierron of Osgood, OH; two brothers, Howard (Marlene) Bruggeman of Maria Stein, OH and Larry (Becky) Bruggeman of Maria Stein, OH; seventeen grandchildren and six great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Delores Bruggeman of St. Henry, OH, Doris Bruggeman of St. Henry, OH and Kay Bruggeman of St. Marys, OH; in-laws, Kate Bruggeman of Coldwater, OH, Janet Muhlenkamp of Portland, IN, Rosemary (Art) Prenger of Chickasaw, OH, Margie Buschur of Celina, OH and Marlene (Dick Wadsworth) Calhoun of Tucson, AZ.
Preceding her in death are her granddaughter, Michelle Bruggeman; three brothers, Werner, Virgil and Don Bruggeman; a sister and brother-in-law, Eileen and Ken Otting; brother-in-law, Joe Pierron; in-laws, Leroy Bruggeman, Evelyn and Herb Sutter, Ernie Muhlenkamp, Bernice Bruggeman and Rich Buschur.
Virginia was a graduate of St. John's High School, Maria Stein, OH. She was previously employed in the food service area of Persimmon Ridge Care Center, Portland, IN. Virginia was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery and the church's Altar Rosary Sodality. Virginia's life was centered around her family whom she treasured dearly.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, Ohio, with Fr. Matthew Feist officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2:00 pm-8:00 pm Friday and 9:00 am-10:00 am Saturday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
