* WHEN...Until noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Chad Albers

Mr. Chad Albers of McDonough, Georgia, passed away December 19, 2017.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Rita and LaVern Kunk; Barbara Albers and JoAnne Schulze Albers.

Chad is survived by his parents, Cheryl and Mike Albers of Opelika, AL; siblings, Craig Albers of New York; Christopher Albers and his wife Elizabeth of Loganville, GA; Erica Eller and her husband Kyle of Boynton Beach, FL; grandfather, Robert Albers of North Star, OH; niece, Charlotte Albers; nephew, Matthew Eller and many aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 11 o'clock at St. Matthew Catholic Church with Father Kevin Hargaden officiating.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. with a vigil beginning at 7:00 at Parrott Funeral Home and Crematory, 770-964-4800.
