Coldwater police officers on Wednesday were called to this apartment on North Elm Street to investigate the circumstances surrounding a deceased woman at the residence.

COLDWATER - Police say foul play may have caused the death of a woman found dead on Wednesday morning.
Officers were called to 914 N. Elm St. on Wednesday, according to a news release from police chief Jason Miller. When officers arrived, they found Sandra Renner was dead upon arrival and may have been involved in foul play.
An ambulance had been called to the apartment complex at 8:41 a.m., according to the Mercer County Sheriff's Office.
Upon further investigation, search warrants were executed on two separate residences, according to Miller's release. After interviews with the occupants of these residences, Francy Majo, 19, 912 N. Elm St., was arrested in connection to Renner's death. He is being held in the Mercer County jail on a $1 million bond, according to the release.
This morning, a neighbor living near the apartment where Renner was reportedly found told the newspaper that numerous police, sheriff's office and BCI vehicles and personnel were on site when he arrived home at about 4 p.m. Wednesday and remained on scene until the early morning hours. The neighbor did not wish to be named.
No law enforcement vehicles were in the complex parking lot at about 9 a.m. today.
The Coldwater Police Department has requested assistance from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Mercer County Sheriff's Office and Mercer County Prosecutor's Office, Miller said in the release.
No further details were available at press time today.
