The Flying Dutchmen Curling Club met on the pond at Four Seasons Park in Minster on Saturday. A sweeper points to where the next stone should be placed in the house to score. The current club uses the original granite stones from the 1940s but has adopted modern brooms. Anyone is welcome to learn how to curl on Saturdays at 1 p.m., weather and ice permitting.
