Up in flames

A Celina firefighter extinguishes flames coming from a car at the intersection of East Livingston and Armstrong streets shortly after 9 a.m. today. Fire chief Doug Wolters said driver Harold Dulebohn, Celina, noticed his car was smoking, pulled over and got out of the car. Flames fully engulfed the 2002 Ford Focus, which was a total loss, he said. The vehicle, worth about $2,000, was insured. Wolters believed a mechanical issue had caused the blaze.
