Employees of Hess Fencing of Versailles earlier this week work to install 1,600 feet of fence at Celina's Montgomery Field. The work should wrap up this week, city safety service director Tom Hitchcock said. Hess Fencing was awarded an approximately $48,000 contract to remove and replace the tornado-damaged fencing. The cost will be picked up by the city's insurance company, Hitchcock said.
