* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Tri Star Career Compact officials are developing an adult construction program that will eventually be taught at the Tri Star 2.0 complex. Site preparation work has begun on State Route 703, and the project is set to be completed in 2019.
