Lindsay and Alex Monnier, Minster, and their 2-year-old son, Eli, are having a raffle to cover family medical costs. Eli was born with a rare genetic condition, dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa, which prevents skin layers from sticking together. Eli is to have a bone-marrow transplant this spring at a hospital in Minneapolis. The raffle drawing is tentatively scheduled for May 3.
