Michael Eischen
Michael David Eischen, born March 6, 1963, passed away at The Laurels of Shane Hill on July 22, 2018.
He is survived by Larry and Jane Ford, Rockford, Ohio; Alicia and Brandon Bates and family, Monroe, Ind.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
If wished, donations in Mike's memory can be given to CHP Hospice, Celina, Ohio.
Burial will be at a later date at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
