Michael David Eischen, born March 6, 1963, passed away at The Laurels of Shane Hill on July 22, 2018.

He is survived by Larry and Jane Ford, Rockford, Ohio; Alicia and Brandon Bates and family, Monroe, Ind.; an uncle, Orville and Carol Eischen; nieces, Janet Eischen Privet, Gary and Susan Eischen Jones, Al and Phyllis Eischen White and Barbara Eischen; and numerous cousins.

He is preceded in death by his father, David Carl Eischen, an uncle, James Eischen; and grandparents, Sylvester and Mildred Eischen and Floyd and Veta Bollenbacher.

If wished, donations in Mike's memory can be given to CHP Hospice, Celina, Ohio.

Burial will be at a later date at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
