Crew members of Peterson Construction of Wapakoneta on Monday put up the steel framing for the main entrance of the Tri Star 2.0 facility near Celina. Tri Star Career Compact Assistant Director Brian Stetler said the facility includes more than five tons of steel framing. The facility is about 25 percent complete and is on schedule to be completed by June 2019, he said.
