* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Fleetfoot crash

A Mercer County sheriff's deputy inspects the inside of a Honda sedan after it had been involved in a single-vehicle accident at about 8:45 p.m. Tuesday on Fleetfoot Road just south of State Route 29 west of Celina. The female driver was transported by ambulance to a hospital for minor injuries, according to the deputy. No other occupants were in the car. No further information was available at press time.
