Sharon Hierholzer
Sharon Elaine (Hunlock) Hierholzer was renowned for her deep love of music, dancing, cooking, her kids, telling it like it is and Black Velvet (not necessarily in that order).
She knew without a doubt that Vernors will help cure anything, garlic is the only ingredient that matters, and if you have a lot of pictures then make a collage! She was a lion heart because if she liked you, she loved you and if she didn't, you knew it. No one could ever say she was wishy washy because you always knew where you stood with her and like an arrow, she always shot it straight.
"You be Frank and I'll be Earnest" as she liked to say was her way of keeping her circle small. Sharon lacked patience and tolerance especially with her grandkids, co-workers and her son's girlfriends but her love of descriptive four letter words, strong hand shake and hard work ethic made it so fun! She was a woman easily recognized by her snappy fingers, her one of a kind laugh and her hugs.
This is a memorial piece for a great woman, mother, nana, sister, aunt and friend. We all loved her and didn't simultaneously because to know Sharon always included both.
She was born second daughter out of three and two older brothers to Howard L. Hunlock and Carol Maxine (Vermillion) Hunlock on December 18, 1953. She's preceded by her older sister "Lynn" (Jay) VanBuskirk/Taylor and both her parents.
Michelle (Scott) Morrisey of Lima and Tim (Pam) Hunlock of Florida asked her to keep the celebration to a mild roar as her heavenly reunion commenced. Sara, Solomon, Thaddeus and Martha will miss Nana because she kept celebrations lively and comments plentiful. "To the Moon Alice" with her fist raised as she was growling a loving lesson their way. Son in Law Mike Jutte has promised to take care of her second favorite child Molly J. Hierholzer-Jutte both of Celina and their brood because they really were her lifeline. Creighton J. Hierholzer, traveler/adventurer and favored child has been given the order of keeping the Celebration party as loud and full of laughter and music as possible because she will be there! We'll let you know when that will be.
And a heartfelt "Thank you" to Briarwood Village, Coldwater, Ohio! The folks there took wonderful care of this feisty woman in the finest way until her passing Oct. 17. Beyond that..... no memorial contributions because our request is simple; Raise your glass, yelp out a "Yee-haw/Woo-Hoo/ or Peace and Love" while holding up the peace sign fingers because this amazing woman wouldn't have wanted it any other way!! Cheers to one fine woman, she is finally free and she's loving you all dearly!!
