Yvonne Mayer
Yvonne Mayer, age 68 of New Bremen, Ohio died on Monday, December 3,2018 at Hospice of Dayton.
She was born August 13, 1950 in Dayton to the late Norman & Garnet (Wheeler) Osborne. She married Bernard Joseph (Bernie) Mayer on June 18, 1977 and he survives in New Bremen.
She is survived by daughters, Julie Mayer of New Bremen and Ashley & Shaun Riethman of Anna; siblings and in-laws, Catherine & Lowell Schlueter of Xenia, Gail Osborne of Dayton, Rosemary & Don Boudrot in Massachusetts, Anthony Mayer of Covington, Norbert Mayer of Dayton, Barb & Ron Tipton of Dayton and Steve Mayer of Tipp City.
She is preceded in death by a grandson Benjamin and a sister-in-law Judy Mayer.
She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys and the Minster Eagles. She retired from the Milton Union Schools Cafeteria. Yvonne enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. The family would like to thank all of the staff at Soin Medical Center and Hospice of Dayton for all of their care & compassion.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, December 7, 2018 at Holy Rosary Church, St. Marys.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 PM on Thursday, December 6 and from 9 to 9:45 AM on Friday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
