CELINA - City officials were pleasantly surprised this week when they unsealed bids for two big projects next year, the seating portion of the Harley C. Jones Memorial Rotary Amphitheater and a street reconstruction project.

CELINA - Joshua Bruns, 37, New Bremen, pleaded no contest on Friday to vehicular homicide, a first-degree misdemeanor, in Celina Municipal Court.

A third-party construction company not affiliated with Frontier Communications on Friday afternoon severed the company's fiber optic and copper telecommunication cables between Ohio City and Willshire, disrupting landline phone, internet and 911 service calls, a company official said.
