* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Significant visibility reductions to near zero at times will necessitate extra caution for commuters through late morning. Temperatures below freezing in many areas will increase the threat for icy patches on elevated roadways.

Doris Monroe
Doris Monroe, age 89, Celina, passed away at 12:35 am, January 2, 2019, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert, Ohio.
She was born June 19, 1929 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Kenneth P. Dwyer and Myrtle (Baucher) Campbell. On April 23, 1960 she married Lee "Minnie" Monroe; and he preceded her in death on July 2, 2010.
She is survived by three daughters, Gwen Pickering, League City, TX, Terri (Mark) Doenges, Wapakoneta, OH; and Tonya (Bart) Walls, Rockford, OH; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Denny Davis; and a brother, Jim Campbell.
Doris was a 1947 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She was a loving mother and homemaker who enjoyed camping, reading, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 4:00-7:00 pm, Monday, January 7, 2019, in the Cisco Funeral Home of Celina.
Memorial services will begin at 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, in the St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, with Rev. Jeff Gramza officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
