CELINA - Mercer County commissioners this week moved to grant a petition to annex 48 acres from Recovery Township into the village of Fort Recovery.

WAPAKONETA - Auglaize County Board of Elections officials and a board member were sworn in during a Wednesday morning reorganizational meeting.
  Member Brent Henschen was sworn in for another four-year term after the Auglaize County Democratic Party in January reappointed him to the board.
