* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Traffic tangle

A multicar accident on State Route 29 and Karch Road delayed traffic on Friday afternoon. The roads were closed for almost two hours. Further details were not available at press time. The traffic issues were complicated by the fact that many alternate routes were closed due to flooding in the area.
