* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Martha Patriarca
Martha J. ( Keller ) Dock Patriarca, 84, a former area resident, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019, at SEM Haven Residential Care Center in Milford, Ohio, where she had been a resident the past several months.
She was born November 5, 1934, a daughter of Opal (Taylor Keller) Zimmerman and Chester Zimmerman. In 1954, Martha married Harold A. Dock, who passed away in 1978.
She was also preceded in death by her brothers: Henry Keller and Robert Keller, brother-in-law Gale Smith, and great nephew Nathan Smith.
Martha is survived by a sister, Laura Lee Smith of Cincinnati, and sisters-in-laws: Janet Keller of St. Marys, and Mary Ann Keller of New Bremen, and a special caretaker, her niece, Leslie Himes.
She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews, including greats and great-greats: Terry English, Jeff Smith, Todd Smith, Chris Keller, Tom Keller, Amy Keller, Kathy Dieringer and Nancy Stabelli. Martha took special interest in their education, and they loved her dearly.
Martha graduated from Celina High School in 1952, and Bowling Green State University in 1966, with a Masters Degree in Education. She was a reading specialist in Coldwater, Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania schools.
She was an avid reader, and in her retirement, spent many hours researching her family heritage. Martha loved spending time outdoors, and finding collectibles at auctions and flea markets.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, October 31, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina. Pastor Jon Exman will officiate.
Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling Hours are 10:00 a.m. until time of services at 11:30 on Thursday, October 31, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina.
