The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Joseph M. Roller Jr., 70, Wapakoneta, died at 10:27 a.m. Oct. 29, 2019, at Wapakoneta Manor nursing home.
Rites are at 2 p.m. Friday at the Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, 314 W. High St., St. Marys, where military honors will be conducted.
