* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1146 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Trar Star to raffle off flags

Wyatt Dicke brushes on a gloss finish to a wooden flag on Friday at Tri Star Career Compact. Construction teacher Brett McGillvary is having students make a flag for each Tri Star classroom to teach juniors the skills they need for future careers. Tri Star will raffle off the flags with American, firefighter and law enforcement themes at an open house Monday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the school, 7655 State Route 703 in Celina.
