Trar Star to raffle off flags

Zach Zwiebel adds a finish to his wooden flag on Friday at Tri Star Career Compact. Construction teacher Brett McGillvary is having students make a flag for each Tri Star classroom to teach juniors the skills they need for future careers. Tri Star will raffle off the flags with American, firefighter and law enforcement themes at an open house Monday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the school, 7655 State Route 703 in Celina.
