The number of children in foster care locally is concerning, officials say.
More than 430,000 children are in foster care in the U.S., and one in five will be homeless after they turn 18 years old, Specialized Alternatives for Families and Youth foster parent recruiter Sylvia Roop said.
CELINA - A group of people on horses helped corral a loose bull on Friday afternoon on Wabash Road.
