* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Bonnie Leistner
Bonnie Jean Leistner, of Celina, passed away at Swiss Village in Berne, IN on February 19, 2020, at the age of 87.
She was born on February 17, 1933 in Berne IN, the daughter of the late John and Ida (Roth) Huser. On July 28, 1951, she married Gordon Leistner, who passed away on August 6, 2007.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers: Roy, Homer, and Carl Huser.
Survivors include a son: Randy (Val) Leistner of Celina; two daughters: Kathy (Scott) Long of Van Wert, OH, and Lois Leistner of Tallahassee FL. She is also survived by four granddaughters: Sara (Ben) Laux and Ashley (Chris) Balogna, both of Celina, and Aubri (David) Rench and Darci (Andrew) Smith, both of Fort Wayne. Seven great-grandchildren also survive: Trinity (Michael Armstrong) Leistner, Gracy and Zeke Laux, Hailey and Evan Rench, and Naomi and Seth Smith.
Bonnie was a 1950 graduate of Berne High School in Berne, Indiana. She worked with her husband and son, co-owning Celina Moving and Storage. She was a faithful member of New Horizons Community Church in Rockford, OH.
Funeral services will be held at New Horizons Community Church in Rockford at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 22, 2020 with Pastor Ken Meyer officiating; where the family will receive friend from 10:00 am-2:00 pm prior to the service at the church. Internment will immediately follow at Kessler Cemetery in Rockford, Ohio.
Memorial contributions can be made to New Horizons Community Church in Bonnie's memory.
