* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Christopher Wenning
Christopher John Wenning, age 56 of Huber Heights, Ohio, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2020. He was born January 29, 1964 in Coldwater, Ohio to the late Norbert and Betty Wenning.
Chris was a 1982 graduate of Coldwater High School. He has been living in the Dayton area for over 25 years. Chris enjoyed meeting people he encountered over the years in his various sales positions.
He was die-hard OSU Buckeye fan, enjoyed collecting keepsakes and his '70 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme.
In addition to his parents, Chris was preceded in death by his brother, Michael. Chris will be missed by his loving children, Haley Wenning and Michael Wenning of Vandalia, Ohio; sister, Mary Lou (Ken) Grohs of Australia and their sons, Jason & Brad; brother, John (Karen) Wenning of Centerville,Ohio and their sons, Kyle & Troy; and sister, Kate Wenning of Springboro Ohio; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and his sweet dog, Kadence.
Family will receive friends Saturday, February 29, 2020 from 2 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 3 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio.
